Björn Müller worked for 10 years in the software development of SAP AG, Walldorf. Starting in the application development he more and more oriented himself towards SAP's basis development and was one of the early Java entusiasts at SAP. Björn Müller left SAP as managing director of the 100% SAP daughter "InQMy Technologies" (which is today part of SAP) building SAP's Java based J2EE application server which is today an integral part of the SAP Net Weave platform. Björn Müller took part and was the technology lead of diverse software architecture projects within SAP - aiming to properly structure the different aspects of complex business applications. 

Björn Müller founded Casabac in 2001 - having the idea of interactive Web User Interfaces running in a plain browser.

Martin Grumann worked for 6 years in the software development of SAP AG. He was part of an early Java research project testing the capability of the Java environment for complex business applications. Martin Grumann was team lead of a development group in Sophia Antipolis (France) and later on development manager inside the banking application of SAP.

Martin Grumann joined Casabac in 2002 - already having worked together with Björn Müller at SAP for three years.
