Casabac first release of "Casabac GUI Server 1.1" was rolled out in Q1/2002. Casabac's release road map clearly reflected new technology and customer demands to meet solution needs.

• Release 1.1 ==> first release
• Release 2.0 ==> covering the "always required controls" (menus, trees, ...)
• Release 2.5 ==> included PDF processing
• Release 3.0 ==> chart controls, report processing
• Release 3.5 ==> SWT client as altenative client to browser client

Today's release is version 3.5. Please find more detailled information on each single release in the section "documentation" of this site.

Casabac plans on rolling out at least one major release every year. A roadmap with future function/feature planning can be obtained on demand. As we carefully listen to and work with our customers our next release planning is an ongoing goal and objective as requirements tend to change constantly.

Casabac is strictly managing a compatibility within its releases: all functions which are available in today's release will also be available in future releases. Still pages that were defined with Casabac Release 1.1 are running without the necessity to change any code in the current release.
